JOB SUMMARY

The IT Asset Management Associate is responsible for managing all software and hardware assets across the entire Filinvest Group. This role involves ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, optimizing asset utilization, and supporting procurement and renewal processes.

· Maintain accurate inventory of all software and hardware assets.

· Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and hardware standards.

· Coordinate with procurement for acquisition and renewal of IT assets.

· Support audits and ensure readiness for compliance checks.

· Implement and maintain hardware asset management tools and processes.

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
