Job Description
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Executive to manage and track IT assets across the organization and ensure proper control, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Control and monitor IT asset storeroom access
- Track daily IT asset movement (IN/OUT)
- Update asset records in master tracker and GLPI
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly asset reports
- Perform physical asset audits (wall-to-wall checks)
- Manage asset delivery, tagging, and inventory updates
- Support assets decommission and disposal activities
- Assist team members in ITAM operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- Experience in IT Asset Management (IMAC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, and network assets is an advantage
