IT Asset Analyst

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Executive to manage and track IT assets across the organization and ensure proper control, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and monitor IT asset storeroom access
• Track daily IT asset movement (IN/OUT)
• Update asset records in master tracker and GLPI
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly asset reports
• Perform physical asset audits (wall-to-wall checks)
• Manage asset delivery, tagging, and inventory updates
• Support assets decommission and disposal activities
• Assist team members in ITAM operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field
• Experience in IT Asset Management (IMAC)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Knowledge of desktop, laptop, server, and network assets is an advantage
