IT Asset Analyst

Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an IT Asset Analyst. The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for managing the organization's IT assets, including tracking and maintaining inventory, analyzing asset utilization, and ensuring compliance with asset management policies. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Additional duties may include generating reports and collaborating with vendors to support asset lifecycle management.
Qualifications
Proficient in Analytical Skills for tracking and assessing asset usage and ensuring compliance
Strong Information Technology background, including experience with asset management systems
Knowledge of Technical Support and Troubleshooting to assist in resolving IT asset-related issues effectively
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
