About the Role

We're urgently looking for a Technical Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience to support IT Asset & Configuration Management services. Your mission will be to ensure high-quality CMDB data in ServiceNow, manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and CIs, and drive compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Expertise (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Configuration Management
• Hands-on experience with ITAM tools (
  ServiceNow highly preferred
  )
• Solid understanding of CMDB data quality and asset lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
