IT Asset Management Analyst II

Role description

Job Summary:
The Analyst II Software Asset Management position is responsible for support and administration within the Risk Software Asset Management team. This position maintains records and databases containing information regarding software licenses, warranties, and service agreements for software. This position works closely with the RISK SAM team and other local SAM Analysts.
Supporting the tracking of and compliance with supplier software licensing and entitlements is the primary focus of this position. The Analyst II Software Asset Management also identifies and suggests process improvements to drive efficient, effective SAM operations relative to the documented SAM processes to support business needs while ensuring RISK compliance risks are
managed. The position interfaces daily with assigned RISK category managers to understand software asset management strategies and licensing and drive results against SAM metrics.
