IT Asset Management

The IT Software Asset & Procurement Analyst supports end-to-end software license management, IT asset procurement, and vendor coordination activities. The role ensures accurate asset tracking, contract compliance, effective vendor engagement, and alignment with organizational IT policies and operational requirements.

Scope of Work / ResponsibilitiesA. Software Asset & License Management

• Act as a process support resource for software license management, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT stakeholders to monitor, update, and reconcile software license entitlements and usage, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain the software license register and IT asset inventory using IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, or equivalent platforms.
