IT Assistant Manager

• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN/WAN and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Help with the installation of operating systems, network cables, printers, and other hardware.
• Support daily IT operations including user account management and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to the IT team.
• Assist in implementing and documenting network changes and upgrades.
• Respond to support tickets and provide technical assistance to employees.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security protocols.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Participate in routine network tests and backups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• IT Networking: 1 year (Preferred)
