Job Objective

The IT Assistant provides technical and operational support to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and security of all IT assets and systems of the company. The role supports day-to-day IT operations and assists the IT Manager and IT Specialist in maintaining reliable technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor all IT assets of the company.
• Assist the IT Manager and IT Specialist in conducting physical and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Facilitate IT asset issuance for new hires and new business requirements.
• Support and help maintain IT systems including ERP, HR System, biometrics, and CCTV systems.
