IT Assistant

The IT Assistant will support the day-to-day IT operations across all KOFISI centres in Kenya. The role
focuses on ensuring reliable network connectivity, secure systems, well-functioning AV and phone systems,
effective access control, and accurate asset management across all locations. This is a hands-on, multi-site
role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to operational
issues in a fast-paced co-working and hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Management
Assist in managing wired and wireless networks across all KOFISI centres
Support configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network equipment (routers, switches, access
points)
Monitor network performance, uptime, and connectivity issues and escalate where necessary
Assist with ISP coordination, link testing, and failover support
