Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 
Technical Support (Level 1) 
Asset Disposal and Decommissioning 
Software Installation and Updates 
Creating or Editing Videos/pictures 
IT asset inventory 
Ticketing System Management 
Incident Logging and Reporting 
What are we looking for: 
Candidates must be a graduate of BS Information Technology / Computer Science or any other related courses 
2-3 years' experience in troubleshooting of IT software and hardware 
1-2 years' experience in IT business System and configuration of various devices 
1-2 years' experience of network and Internet troubleshooting
