Join our dynamic team at Yatai Luxury Spa as an I.T. Assistant. In this full-time role based in Pasay City Metro Manila, you will ensure the smooth operation of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices
• Collaborate with the I.T. team to ensure the reliability and security of our technology infrastructure
• Perform regular backups and data management tasks to protect critical information
• Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our I.T. systems and processes
