Job Summary:

The IT Assistant supports the IT Department in maintaining the company's computer systems, hardware, software, and network operations. This role assists in troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Help install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems.
• Assist in user account setup, access control, and system administration tasks.
