IT Assistant

Job description:
The IT Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company's computer systems, hardware, and software. This role ensures smooth IT operations and assists users with technical concerns while supporting overall business efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least with 1 year work related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knows how to basic troubleshoot / Technical Knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of hardware and software components.
• With average communication skills.
• Can start immediately.
• Can Work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Knowledgable in CISCO configuration is a plus.
