IT ASSISTANT (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)

To support IT Manager in organizing and managing multiple IT projects through the project lifecycle process and ensuring each project and phase stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines including tracking milestones, and deliverables, issue coordination, planning, reporting, implementing change requests, and methods for measuring results.

To prepare all related project management documents and materials such as tender preparation, presentation, proposal, project update, reports, issues, and risk management.

Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and driving continuous developments and spreading good practices across to all staff.

Supervise and manage the first level of support for all applications for the organization’s core systems such as Health Information System (HIS), Finance & Accounting System, Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and other organisational information systems to ensure the systems are performing at optimum level.
