Our client is a China MNC well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing applications support to end users (eg. MS Office, Windows, (Glovia etc)
• Assist in creating reports templates, customization in Glovia,
• Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage.
• Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications.
• Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software,
