IT ASSOCIATE 
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Hardware troubleshooting & maintenance (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals) 
Software installation & configuration 
Windows OS & basic Windows Server environment 
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration 
Network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, WiFi setup, IP configuration) 
Basic server & user account management 
IT asset inventory & documentation 
Technical troubleshooting & problem analysis 
Customer service and communication skills 
Time management & ability to work under pressure 
Certifications is a plus 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY 
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
