IT ASSOCIATE

• Perform daily check of POS and ensure that this are well functioning
• Set up work stations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging)
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance
• Provide support to store operations

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or any related course
• Knowledgeable in computer systems and networks
• With relevant experience in the related field
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
