IT Associate

Job description:

1. Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot all hardware units, connection and network of the company.

2. Assist in installation of authorized software including, but not limited to operating system, packaged software, and/or in-house developed applications.

3. Ensure compliance of end-user to policies on used of licensed software.

4. Assist in the implementation of special projects where contribution/participation will be required.

5. Initiates timely escalation of problems to proper channels.

6. Provide support for emergency calls after office hours and escalate to Superior when necessary.

7. Maintains journal of services rendered and provide superiors with regular reports related to scope of work.

8. Safeguard and monitor all IT assets and other technological equipment received from supplier or other department.
