Job Description
Assists in the installation and configuration of IT systems and devices such as Point-of-sales (POS) terminal, user workstation, servers, and CCTV camera.
Resolves tickets representing user-generated service requests or errors, within the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provides technical assistance to the end-users to maintain productivity.
Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware needs and makes recommendations.
Keeps up to date on technical and soft skills advancement by attending trainings and workshops.
Qualifications:
Degree holder of any computer-related course.
At least two-year relevant work experience.
A process improvement mindset
Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, cabling, and associated hardware.
