An Information Technology (IT) Associate provides on-site technical support for hardware, software, networks, and specialized hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, POS) to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest services. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, maintaining security, managing peripherals, and assisting in system upgrades, with a focus on quick resolution to support 24/7 operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Offer in-person or remote support for staff, including hardware repairs (PCs, printers, phones) and software troubleshooting for Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or Micros.
