IT Associate

Job Summary

The IT Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the computer hardwares within the assigned store/s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer related courses
• 1 year of work experience in IT, data entry and technical support is an advantage
• Open for fresh graduates
• Willing to be assigned at WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat for the meantime and will be transferred to WM Porac once it becomes operational.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures the computer hardware is well maintained
• Ensures successful updates of systems and master files.
• Ensures transaction data for the day are intact, complete, backed up, and secures confidentiality.
• Performs audit of price integrity executions.
• Supports cycle count activities by ensuring data to be submitted are complete, correct and tally with the actual count.
