Job description

• Ensure smooth functioning and running of the entire IT at the company.
• Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issues such as troubleshooting and resolving hardware, connection, printer and software issues.
• Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network devices, user accounts and access.
• Assist in problem resolution and work closely on further IT development and planning.
• IT helpdesk / IT administrator duties including managing Microsoft 365 requirements.

Qualification and requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
