Job Summary:

The IT Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's technological infrastructure, including Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, and computer hardware and software. The role also includes creative responsibilities such as designing promotional materials and managing social media content for the hotel's events, offers, and promotions. The IT Associate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective promotion of the hotel's services.
