IT Business Analyst (ERP)

- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders



- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions



- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle



- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements



- Deliver detailed project documentation and reporting



- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions



What we're looking for:



- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.



- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the IT/Technology industry



- Experience in ERP/Procurement is a MUST.
