PURPOSE:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for bridging business requirements and technology solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, this role ensures that all enterprise business applications are effectively supported, configured, and optimized to meet operational needs.
The IT Business Analyst will act as the application owner and subject matter expert for the company's portfolio of business systems, which currently includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP), Salesforce, Sitetracker, ServiceNow, and other platforms. This role will also extend to any future applications introduced into the organization.
