IT Business Analyst

Job Requirements:

• Work closely with Product Owner to define and manage stakeholder requirements throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Responsible for the overall business and systems requirement deliverables for the project
• Conduct User Requirement (UR) gathering, documentation, and management
• Clarifies and translates business requirements to IT system functional requirements and system interaction and flows
• Develop test strategy, plan, criteria, and expected results; based on UR, Functional Specification Document, and/or system impact
• Coordinate and/or conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT), UAT progress tracking and reporting
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities, and propose viable alternatives
