IT Business Analyst

Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity? IT Managers is looking for a driven IT Business Analyst to join our team We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and propose effective system or process improvements.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Support system implementation through testing, validation, user training, and change management activities.
