-Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, and Testing
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years actual IT Business Analyst experience
-Senior ITBA with skills and experience on both technical and business domain/knowledge (but not limited to) on Payment Modernization and Payment Hub systems (Bills Pay, Real-Time Payments, P2P, P2B, B2B, etc.)
-Good analytical thinking (strong process mapping and analysis skills), excellent attention to details and documentation skills, good communication skills and adaptable/flexible (comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities).
-Also, adept on both Agile/Hybrid & Waterfall methodologies.
-With Project Management Experience
