Overview
Our client is a global IT consulting firm. They are seeking an experienced Business analyst with deep expertise in life and health insurance claims to support the ongoing implementation of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) claims intake and processing platform. The role will focus on enabling third-party administrator (TPA) and broader network integrations with the new claims platform.
The contractor is being engaged to strengthen requirements definition and business engagement capabilities during a critical phase of claims transformation.
