The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating
business requirements into clear functional specifications to support enterprise
systems, digital initiatives, and operational improvements within the integrated
resort environment. The role serves as a key bridge between business
stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with business
goals, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Gaming, Hotel, Retail,
Security, HR) to gather and document business requirements
Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment for new
and existing systems
Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows
Collaborate closely with IT, developers, QA, vendors, and project managers
