IT Business Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements
• Deliver detailed project documentation and reporting
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the IT/Technology industry
• Experience in ERP/Procurement is a MUST.
