IT Business Analyst – Global Change & Transformation
Salary: £70,000
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a global IT change and transformation programme across a complex, multi-functional organisation. This role will work across key business areas including data, finance, procurement and manufacturing, helping to shape and deliver technology-enabled change.

The successful candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project delivery teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, documented and translated into practical technology and process improvements.

Key responsibilities will include:

Capturing and documenting as-is and to-be business processes across multiple departments and regions.
Gathering, analysing and managing business and technical requirements.
