About the role

Reporting to the IT Manager, this exciting full-time IT Business Analyst (ERP) role is a crucial part of the growing team at Rising Tide Digital, Inc. Based in our Taguig City office in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and driving the implementation of our enterprise-wide ERP system.

What you'll be doing

• Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and systems
• Design and develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new solutions
• Collaborate closely with the IT development team to ensure the successful implementation of new ERP functionality
