Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions. This is based in BGC, Taguig City.

What you'll be doing:

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements
• Deliver detailed project documentation and reporting
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions
