 Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 am - 05:00 pm (on-site)

 Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:  

   Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of open requirements. This includes setting goals, providing guidance and training, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.   

   Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions - including using the applicant tracking system to post positions, review applications, and track recruitment stages.   

   Translate complex technical and organizational needs into clear recruiting and delivery plans for the team.
