Responsibilities Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC)； Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health； Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication； Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout； Work as a global team member, manage local resources to support IT global strategy；
