IT Business Relationship Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager- IT Strategy and Architecture, the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), establishes and maintains relationships between IT and the business, and enables the information technology solutions that meet the business needs by bridging the gap between business partners and technology solution providers. The primary focus of this position is on Finance and HR applications portfolio. The position also leads a team of specialists who provide IT services and leads discussions about business capability and technology for their respective client departments. Other responsibilities include researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements, developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes, and preparing project analysis and assisting the business with submitted project prioritization.
