IT Business Systems Analyst

+ Skilled testing resource with strong attention to detail; knowledgeable about different methods of testing are a must

+ Strong communication skills are key success factor for candidate for this role who will be collaborating with colleagues across different time zones & locations on a daily basis

+ Supports Salesforce.com delivery leadership with planning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.

+ Works with system support (Salesforce & adjacent teams) to resolve issues through ad hoc testing requests

+ Able to quickly assess and understand a problem and develop an approach to thoroughly assess a solution delivered functions as expected and/or document the defects

+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
