About The Role As a Business Systems Engineer on our Global e‑Commerce and ERP team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology. You will translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and help design robust, automated solutions within our large‑scale, homegrown ERP and e‑commerce platforms. You will partner closely with Technical Product Managers, developers, operations teams, vendors, and resellers to enable smooth API‑based integrations, resolve production issues, and continuously improve the systems that power our global business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1‑3 years) who enjoys problem solving, data analysis, and working with modern tools such as Java, SQL, Python, RESTful APIs, and AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor).
