Position Overview:
The Change Manager oversees the structured management of IT and business process changes within the company. This role ensures that all system, infrastructure, and operational changes are assessed, tested, approved, and communicated properly—minimizing risks and avoiding disruptions to broadcasting, digital, and telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Change Management process and maintain the Change Request (CR) register.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments for proposed IT or operational changes.
