* Provide senior expertise in the development, implementation and evolution of a change management framework (tools, templates, and guidelines/standards) for IT Projects* Oversee the implementation of change management initiatives within the context of medium and large-scale IT projects* Conduct change management activities within IT projects utilizing a structured, change management methodology to ensure a smooth change curve as the impacted stakeholders transition through the transformation brought on by IT projects* Coach and support Project Managers, project teams and key personnel at McGill (IT and Business) in using the change management framework and integrating change management activities into their project plans* Attend senior level committees in order to coach senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor* Provide direct support and coach all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through the transition* Manage...
