Change Manager – Digital Marketplace Integration Contract to 30 June 2026 | $1,000/day inc. super or + GST | Melbourne CBD

A well-known national brand is rolling out a major on-demand delivery marketplace across their store network and needs an experienced Change Manager to lead the people and adoption side of this program.

You'll be embedded in the eCommerce team, partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to make sure this rollout lands well across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and delivering the end-to-end change management strategy
• Building training materials including e-learning modules, face-to-face sessions and SOPs
• Conducting change readiness assessments and tracking adoption metrics
• Engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Reporting progress to the steering committee
