IT Change Manager

Role Description

An IT Change Manager oversees and coordinates changes to IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to minimize business disruption while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. This role works closely with IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders to evaluate, approve, and implement changes effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end IT change process, including planning, approval, implementation, and post-implementation review
• Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies of proposed IT changes
• Coordinate with IT teams, business units, and project managers to schedule changes
• Ensure adherence to IT change management policies, procedures, and governance standards
• Maintain change records, documentation, and reporting in ITSM tools
