IT Co-Ordinator

This is a key standalone role within the business, responsible for ensuring IT systems, infrastructure and user support run smoothly across GSE sites. The successful candidate will act as the first point of escalation for IT issues, providing hands‑on support across hardware, software, networks, systems and users at all levels.

The role will cover day‑to‑day IT operations, first and second‑line support, system installation and configuration, cyber security compliance, vendor management, documentation, and support with wider IT projects.

The role is based at their site in West London, with travel to Gatwick expected as required
