Analyze HQ USAFE/AFAFRICA and/or assigned bases IT/Communication strategic level guidance, such as program action directives, program guidance letters, programming plans, wing plans, or reference architectures to develop planning documents, transition strategies, and policies in oRder to meet and implement base, A6, Joint Information Environment, DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO), and SAF-CIO program objectives.
