IT & Computer Stock Manager

Job Summary

ACHU AND SON COMPUTER COMPLEX is looking for an IT & Computer Stock Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, storage, tracking, and distribution of IT equipment and computer-related assets within the organization. This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper documentation, timely procurement, and secure handling of hardware and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment (computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, accessories, software licenses).
• Track asset allocation to employees and departments.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement/vendors for purchasing IT equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all IT assets.
