IT Configuration Officer

Our client is looking for hiring an IT Configuration Officer / Senior Officer will manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring all configuration items are accurately documented and aligned with business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Define and manage configuration items (CIs) Maintain and audit CMDB accuracy Align configuration updates with change and release processes Analyze configuration trends and discrepancies Support incident and problem management through accurate CI data Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, and service teams Prepare governance and compliance reports Requirements 24 years (Officer) / 46 years (Senior Officer) in IT Operations / ITSM Strong knowledge of ITIL practices Experience with CMDB & configuration tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) Strong analytical and documentation skills Skills CMDB management IT governance Audit & compliance Cross-functional collaboration IT service lifecycle knowledge
