Job description
Support the IT teams in the below areas:
Provide System & Operation support to business users, for Demand Planning Business Applications & Solutions.
Support biz users when they face System & Operational issues during the Demand planning process, by investigating and resolving any issues within agreed timelines.
Work with Internal IT teams as well as biz partners / Vendors to resolve system issues and support ongoing enhancements to the system, based on Functional / Design documents.
Support project teams in promotion & roll-out activities for the System, to new Sales Companies in the region.
Analyze and fine-tune System Quality & Performance to improve stability.
Work with IT teams to identify and implement improvements.
