Job Description
We are working with an established, globally backed tech recruitment business hiring a Sales Director to build and lead a contract division in London.
This is a genuine build + scale opportunity — not inheriting a finished team.
You’ll be given the platform, investment, and backing to grow a 9-head contract team predicted to deliver £2.5M NFI by 2026.
What’s on offer:
💰 Up to £75k basic
📈 1% override on team performance
🔥 7% on everything over budget
➕ Personal billing commission on top (up to 40%)
🏢 3 days per week in a central London office
🌍 Backed by an established international brand with strong existing infrastructure
The role:
• Build, lead and scale a high-performing contract team
• Drive BD strategy and market penetration
• Hire, develop and retain top contract recruiters
• Own performance, revenue and long-term growth
